A Fort Worth resident running for Tarrant Appraisal District told the council affordability is the county's No. 1 concern, that Birdville ISD lost the most taxable value of any of the county's 21 school districts, and that the 2024 appraisal freeze left some homeowners stuck at high capped values without knowing they could protest.
